Seifel Consulting is an economic consulting firm that advises public and private clients on the planning, funding and development of high quality infill development. Our strategic planning, economic and real estate advisory services help clients resolve complex growth issues while achieving fiscal goals and adding value to their communities.

Since 1990, we have provided a range of real estate, fiscal and economic advisory services to more than 100 public agencies throughout California, completing over 1,000 consulting assignments while staying attentive to client needs and responding diligently and cost effectively.

Visiting Seifel Consulting

From within San Francisco (public transit)
From the Montgomery Muni/BART Station, head southwest on Market Street, turn right onto Montgomery Street, walk 4 blocks, and turn left onto California Street. We are at 580 California Street.

From San Francisco Ferry Building (on foot)
From Ferry Building, cross the Embarcadero, head southwest on Market Street, turn right onto Drumm Street, make a quick left onto California Street and follow to 580 California.

From the North Bay (by car)
Take US-101 South. Continue on US-101 to Lombard Street. Turn right on Van Ness Avenue. Turn left on Broadway Street. Continue onto Robert C Levy Tunnel and continue onto Broadway. Turn right onto Columbus Avenue. Make a slight right onto Montgomery Street, turn right onto California Street and our building is on the right.
    
From the East Bay (by car)
Take the Bay Bridge (I-80 West) toward San Francisco. Take Fremont Street Exit and continue onto Freont. Cross Market Street, continuing onto Front Street. Turn left at California. Our building is just before Kearny Street.

From the Peninsula (by car)
Take US-101 North toward San Francisco. From US-101 North take I-280 toward the Port of San Francisco. From I-280, exit at King Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street. Cross Market Street, continuing onto Kearny Street. Our building is at the intersection of Kearny and California Street.

Nearby parking is available at 444 Stockton Street, 333 Post Street, 733 Kearny Street, and 123 O'Farrell Street.
