Since 1990, we have helped facilitate the construction of thousands of housing units for households of all income levels, helping our clients leverage limited funding resources to meet their housing development goals. We have helped more than 100 clients finance, rehabilitate, preserve and/or develop rental and ownership housing, raising more than $100 million in federal funds to revitalize public housing and help build mixed-income housing and communities.
