Since 1990, Seifel Consulting has advised developers, investors and local governments on residential, commercial and industrial projects ranging in value from $5 million to $4 billion. Our experience includes advising on affordable, mixed income and market rate housing; retail, office, waterfront, and mixed use commercial; and adaptive re-use of brownfields and industrial and military base properties.
